JEFFREY EVAN GOLD, a 1981 graduate of the Rutgers School of Law, is a Criminal Defense Attorney. His law firm, Gold & Laine, p.a., has offices in Cherry Hill, NJ, and Mt. Holly NJ. He is a former Asst. Burlington County Prosecutor. He has been twice named as a Chairman of the Burlington County Bench and Bar Criminal Committee. He has been a speaker at various seminars to other lawyers on the subjects of Criminal Law and Municipal Court Practice. He has also been a Police Academy instructor on the subject of Search and Seizure Law. He has been a guest criminal law expert on televison channel CN8's "Its Your Call" show and has been a featured criminal law expert in the Courier Post newspaper's "Ask the Expert" panel many times.

Mr. Gold is admitted to the all N.J. courts as well as the U.S. 3^rd Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. He represented the defendant in the successful appeal resulting in the published decision State v. Lauren Sparks , 261 NJ Super. 458 (App. Div. 1993) holding the State to its obligation to prove drug defendant's guilt by strict adherence to the statutory law.

His practice today involves all levels of defense work. He has represented over 2,700 defendants in matters that vary from traffic cases such as Drunk Driving, Driving while Suspended, No Insurance, Leaving the Scene, etc., to Disorderly Persons Offenses such as Shoplifting, Assault, Harassment. Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Drug Loitering, etc., and Indictable (felony) cases such as CDS (Drug) Offenses, Sex Offenses, Theft, Embezzlement, Computer Crime, Agg. Assault, Weapons, Robbery, Kidnapping, Homicide, etc.

EVAN EDWARD LAINE, is also a 1981 graduate of the Rutgers School of Law. He has been practicing exclusively Personal Injury law his entire career. He is admitted in NJ and PA and the federal circuit. He graduated The State University of New York at Albany in 1978 with a BA cum laude.
