I am a sole practitioner who specializes in courteous one on one contact with my clients. Licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, I have a diverse clientele, ranging from high-tech corporations and condominium developers to people interested in planning for the future.
I have chosen to concentrate my practice in the areas of business planning, estate planning and real estate law.
In the business planning area, I advise clients on entity selection and will take them through formation and implementation. After that, I remain their advisor for the multitude of legal questions that arise in the business world.
In the estate planning area, I explain to clients why estate planning is necessary, what choices are available to them, and how those choices can be used to achieve their estate planning goals. My goal is to permit my clients to control their property while they are alive, plan for the possibility of disability, and provide for the future while saving every tax dollar, attorney fee and court cost possible.
In the real estate area, I work with Buyers, Sellers and Real Estate Professionals to guide them through the process of making their wishes become reality. That can include contract formation, title work, land planning, zoning, closings or dispute resolution.
