FAIR FEES AND UNIFORM BILLING PRACTICES In handling any legal matter,
Adler Pollock & Sheehan strives to implement a fair and uniform billing
practice. Fee arrangements are discussed with clients prior to the rendering of
services and are set forth in an engagement letter. Where appropriate,
alternative billing arrangements may be established based on the nature of the
matter, the eventual outcome and the value of services rendered. |
