The law firm of Quinn and Morris was founded in 1979. Its offices are located at 141 Tremont Street, overlooking the Boston Common and the golden dome of the Massachusetts State House. The view reflects Boston's history and vitality and is symbolic of Quinn and Morris' ties to the city and to Massachusetts.

Since it was formed, the Firm's character has been shaped by its founding partners, Robert H. Quinn and James T. Morris. Mr. Quinn served as Massachusetts Attorney General and Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Mr. Morris is a former Executive Assistant Attorney General and Counsel to the Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Together, they have created an environment in which their Firm's clients are provided with comprehensive representation in the area of government relations and a complete range of legal services.

Quinn and Morris is made up of a small group of attorneys from diverse legal backgrounds with extensive experience in such areas as legislative and administrative law and government regulations as well as civil and criminal court trials.
