Theresa Gallion is the founding and managing partner in the Tampa office, and was a founding partner in the Orlando office. Entering her 24th year practicing labor and employment law, Gallion represents clients in a wide variety of industries such as hospitality, banking and financial services, real estate, retail and manufacturing. She has extensive bench and jury trial experience in employment matters, having tried more than 40 employment cases in the federal district courts. She has developed special expertise in the defense of litigated matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Equal Pay Act.
